We are approved by the NYS Department of Education to provide services to preschool children with developmental delays, in all five boroughs. All evaluations, services and IEPs are provided at no cost to parents.
Skills such as speaking a first word or taking a first step are called developmental milestones. A developmental delay is when a child does not reach these milestones at the same rate as other children the same age.
If you have a concern regarding your child’s development, then your child should receive a comprehensive evaluation. A minor delay, left untreated, can escalate into a significant concern as the child gets older and enters elementary school. With timely, effective treatment your child can reach their full potential.
